Cancellation Policy

Bookings require card confirmation but no deposit, allowing you to freely cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after the 72-hour window will incur a 50% late cancellation fee, and cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
